Cucurbita

Yesterday, Samuel tried his first tendril-bearing plant of the

genus Cucurbita (squash).

Rolling champ

Within the past few days, Samuel has learned to roll from his back to his belly. Every time we put him down he immediately rolls over. Now, if he can only figure out how to roll back instead of crying!

Samuel is getting better about sitting for short periods all alone. Actually, he is just leaning on his large belly for support.

Ryan bought this tye-dyed onesie before Samuel was born.... and I am pretty sure he puts it on him everyday.

First bite

Samuel turned 5 months today and to celebrate we gave him rice cereal!

We are not too sure how much Samuel actually ate....

It's a girl!

Brett and Sylvie found out on Monday that they are having a girl.

We are so excited to meet little Lydia!

I LOVE Sundays! One great thing about Sundays is I get to dress Samuel up in collard shirts and polos.
